We are pleased to present an app that offers fast, convenient, and user-friendly service: the free Flex Now app.
Key Features of the Flex Now app include:
- Book a trip in as few as 2 clicks
- Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
- Create a list of favorite addresses and assign a custom name for each
- Review all reservations made over the past 30 days
- Provide feedback related to the application and/or service received
- Call FlexNow with the push of a button
To start using the Flex Now app today:
- Download the free app
- Enter your phone number
- Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
- Login to the app (set your name and email for receipts)
- Enter your pickup address
- Enter your destination address (to provide an estimated fare amount)
- Book your trip
Upon booking a reservation, you will promptly receive a confirmation number, along with updates when your vehicle has been assigned. You can then track your vehicle's progress as it heads towards your pickup location.
The FlexNow app keeps a history of previous reservations for expense management and quick rebooking with the touch of a button. You can also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to expedite the booking process.
