• Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
• Create a list of favorite addresses and assign a custom name for each
• Review all reservations made over the past 30 days
• Provide feedback related to the application and/or service received
• Call FlexNow with the push of a button

To start using the Flex Now app today:

1. Download the free app
2. Enter your phone number
3. Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
4. Login to the app (set your name and email for receipts)
5. Enter your pickup address
6. Enter your destination address (to provide an estimated fare amount)
7. Book your trip

Upon booking a reservation, you will promptly receive a confirmation number, along with updates when your vehicle has been assigned. You can then track your vehicle's progress as it heads towards your pickup location.

The FlexNow app keeps a history of previous reservations for expense management and quick rebooking with the touch of a button. You can also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to expedite the booking process.
